Reduce customer service calls, improve patient information flow and provide a self-service platform that allows patients to control the major pain points in service mix.
Mobile Patient Portal
The primary goal for this digital health application was the simplification of making appointments. Now a click away, previously this was a long phone call requiring resources and time from Macabbi and the patient. The app is in use by a majority of its customers, 500,000 of which use it on a regular basis instead of calling customer service or visiting a branch to obtain forms or lab results.

Mobile Doctor’s Portal
The Maccabi Mobile Doctor’s Portal provides secure access to lab results and prescriptions, the latest results and actionable events. Doctors can view lab results and communicate directly with patients directly from their mobile device, access their records, internal medical databases and search external medical databases for critical information, such as medication interactions and side-effects. The secure doctors portal provides full time, anywhere access to vital patient information.
